In order to receive a refund, you need to complete minimum program requirements, including the New Member course, new member questionnaire, receiving your personalized plan and following our recommendations. If you don't earn 2X the value in free travel after following our recommendations, you may request a refund.

Value is determined by the value of points/miles earned or saved, free flights and hotel nights, length and value of Southwest Companion Pass, and other travel benefits such as TSA Precheck.

Request a refund by emailing the support email address you receive upon becoming a member. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire indicating you have completed all requirements before your request is reviewed.
